Roger McMillan

Roger comes from a long and successful business background on the Mornington Peninsula. He has been a local since 1976 and is widely recognised and respected for his integrity, professionalism and service to his clients. A late starter in Real Estate, Roger achieved his Agents Representation Licence in 2009, working for two other agencies in Rosebud for 20 months. During this time he studied at the REIV in Camberwell and achieved his full Real Estate Agents Licence.

Within 2 years of starting in Real Estate, Roger managed to obtain his full real estate agents licence and purchased his own business in Dromana in February 2011. Since then the business has grown dramatically and is now a very busy thriving Real Estate Agency. Roger is also a well respected auctioneer, and the company handles a lot of commercial real estate as well as residential, and property management on the Mornington Peninsula.
